Jess was fantastic through helping me secure a new role. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always there to support when needed. From one recruiter to another, you can tell Jess isn’t pushy, she squashes the negative stigma that recruiters can sometimes be painted with. She’s friendly and enthusiastic, professional and obviously very passionate about her job. She’s been an instrumental support for me through a tricky redundancy but we secured a new position for myself within 12 days and I can’t thank her enough for her help! Cannot fault the recruitment experience through Duval - I felt looked after throughout the whole process, like I was a real person and not just statistics on a page. Jess Carney is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She really understood what I was looking for and helped my confidence grow in preparation for interviews. Duval are brilliant recruiters with real passion - keep it up!

I’ve dealt with a few recruitment agencies and Duval are definitely the most helpful and informative ones I have dealt with. Jess has been a massive help guiding me through the interview process and gave me lots of good interview tips that allowed me to stand out. I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa Rabot. although I wasn't right for the particular role I had applied for, Melissa gave me great advice, spoke through my CV and now I feel really confident in applying for new roles. Jess and Iain have been fantastic to work with. From start to finish, both have been amazing. Offering advice and direction when needed along with providing additional information to help with the interview process. I have dealt with quite a number of agencies of late while I have been searching for a new job, and Duval Associates are better than the rest in every department. They gave me a phenomenal amount of help in preparing for my interview, and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. If all agencies were this good searching for a new job would be much less stressful. Highly recommended :-)

My experience of the recruitment process with Duval was absolutely fantastic. Jess was incredibly helpful throughout every stage of the process, giving tons of superb advice and tips before each interview and seemed really invested in helping me to succeed, always being available and keeping me up to date at every step.
